Hey Reader,

This whole month, I've been buzzing about the exciting lifecycles we get to explore with our elementary students, especially our little spotted friends—the ladybugs! 🐞

I love them so much I even have them tattooed on my foot, but enough about me...

There was a time when I took my little scientists on a ladybug hunt outside school. They discovered eggs on a blade of grass, and we took them inside to let them hatch in our Ladybug Habitat. 💯

Side note: Did you know ladybugs aren't just cute but carnivorous, too? 🤯

The first hatched larva proved that point a bit too well by having a feast on its unhatched siblings. ☠️ Yes, it was quite the day in nature's classroom!
